Developer terms

If you list an app or game on TrueLaunch, these terms apply on top of the terms of service: list only what you have the right to, keep it accurate, and never buy or trade reviews.

आखिरी अपडेट अक्टूबर 2026

1. Scope

These terms add to the Terms of service for anyone who lists, imports, claims or promotes an app on TrueLaunch (a “developer”). If the two conflict for a developer, these terms apply. TrueLaunch is run by IYGroup Developer Studio. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

2. What you may list

  • Only apps and games you own, publish, or are authorised in writing to represent.
  • No malware, spyware, scams, illegal apps, or apps that copy or impersonate someone else's.
  • We list links to stores and websites only; we don't host app files (APKs or installers).
  • Your listing (name, description, screenshots, pricing details, links) must be accurate and not misleading. Keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for following the rules of the stores you publish on, including Google Play's and Apple's rules on ratings and reviews.

3. Importing from Google Play and the App Store

  • When you paste a store link, we fetch the public listing (name, description, icon, screenshots, category, developer name) to create your page. Store ratings, reviews and download counts are never imported or shown.
  • The icon always comes from the store and stays in sync; text and screenshots you edit on TrueLaunch stay yours. We re-check the store listing about once a week.
  • You give us permission to copy, store, resize and display that content on TrueLaunch and in links and previews of your page, for as long as the listing is up.

4. Ownership and claims

  • Anyone may list a public app, but the person who can prove they publish it can take the listing over.
  • For Google Play apps, we send a one-time code to the developer email shown on the store listing. Whoever enters it takes over the listing, with its reviews. For App Store apps, email hello@truelaunch.vascario.com from an address on the app's website domain and a moderator verifies by hand.
  • When a listing moves to its real owner, the previous lister's sponsored spots for it end. Payments already made for those spots are not refunded.
  • Listing an app you don't have the right to list may lead to removal and account suspension.

5. Reviews and ratings

  • You may not review your own apps, ask friends, staff or paid testers to review them, or create accounts to do so.
  • You may not offer anything (money, discounts, in-app rewards, features, review swaps) for a review, a rating or a particular rating, on TrueLaunch or on any store.
  • You may reply publicly to reviews. Be civil; replies follow the community guidelines.
  • We don't remove honest negative reviews. You can report a review that breaks the guidelines.

6. How ranking works

Organic ranking uses only on-site signals: the average review rating (adjusted so a few reviews can't dominate), recent reviews, helpful votes on reviews, follows, upvotes and, for the first 30 days, how new the listing is. An app needs at least 3 reviews to get a numbered rank. Payment never changes ratings, reviews or organic ranking. Sponsored spots are separate, always labeled “Sponsored”, and ordered by what each developer has paid. Details: How ranking works and Sponsored placement terms.

7. Moderation of listings

Apps go live without an approval step. Moderators may hide a listing that breaks these terms or the law, or that is reported as suspicious, and restore it when resolved. We tell you the reason and you can ask for a review of the decision by writing to hello@truelaunch.vascario.com; we aim to respond within 15 days. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to account closure. If we hide a listing and later restore it without finding a breach, we credit what it paid for sponsored spots it lost back to your balance.

We give developers at least 15 days' notice of changes to these terms, unless the law or a security problem requires a faster change.

8. Removing your listing

You can edit your listing at any time, and ask us to remove it by writing to hello@truelaunch.vascario.com. A removed listing, with its reviews, stops being shown. Payments already made for its sponsored spots are not refunded; unused ad balance stays yours.

9. Badges and links

You may use the TrueLaunch badges we provide on your website or store page to link to your listing. Don't alter them or suggest that TrueLaunch endorses your app beyond what the badge says.
