Who is TrueLaunch for?
Indie developers, studios of every size and anyone who likes trying new apps and games, in every country. Developers get honest feedback and new users; reviewers discover new things and earn reputation for helpful reviews.
How does it work?
- List your app or game. Paste a Google Play or App Store link (or both) and the listing fills itself in. Submit an app.
- Publish. It goes live right away, with no approval queue.
- Get reviews. People write what worked, what could be better and which bugs they found. You reply and mark the most useful ones.
- Launch. Pick a launch day to be featured on the launches board.

What is TrueLaunch?
TrueLaunch is a free, worldwide community where developers and studios of every size list their apps and games, get honest, structured feedback from real people and reach new users. Listing is free, every review is written on the site, and ratings never come from the app stores.
Is TrueLaunch free for developers?
Yes. Listing an app or game, collecting reviews and launching on the launches board are free. Optional sponsored spots exist, are always labeled Sponsored and never change ratings, reviews or the organic ranking.
How do I get honest feedback on my app or game?
Submit it on TrueLaunch by pasting a Google Play or App Store link, or fill in the details yourself. It goes live as soon as you publish. Real people try it and write structured reviews: what worked, what could be better and which bugs they found.
Can one listing cover both Android and iOS?
Yes. Paste the Google Play link and add the App Store link as the second link, or the other way round. The listing is imported from the first link and shows a button for each store.
How does launch day work?
Pick a launch day while submitting or later, up to 60 days ahead and at most once every 30 days. For that day, midnight to midnight UTC, your app is on the launches board, ranked by the upvotes it gets that day. The top three earn a Launch of the Day badge.
Do I have to ask for Google Play or App Store ratings?
No, and you must not trade them. TrueLaunch never requires, rewards or checks store ratings, and rate-for-rate is not allowed. Ratings on TrueLaunch come only from reviews written here.
Is there an approval queue before my app goes live?
No. Apps publish straight away, Product Hunt style. Moderators hide listings that break the guidelines, and anyone can report one.
How are apps ranked?
From on-platform reviews: a weighted average rating, recent reviews, helpful votes, upvotes and followers, with a small boost for new apps. Money never changes ratings or organic rank.
