Copyright and content reports

1. Quick reports

Every listing and review has a Report button for spam, fake or swapped reviews, abuse, malware and copying, for signed-in members. Anyone else can report by email (below). Moderators review reports and act within 72 hours in most cases.

2. Copyright and trademark notices

If you own the rights to a name, icon, screenshot, text or other material shown on TrueLaunch without permission, email iycreateapp@gmail.com with:

• your name and contact details, and whether you act for the rights owner;
• what work or trademark is infringed (with a link or registration number if you have one);
• the exact TrueLaunch page(s) where it appears;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that your notice is accurate;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge notices within 24 hours, remove or disable the material where the notice is valid (within 36 hours for content we are legally required to act on), and tell the person who posted it.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or you have the rights, reply to our notice or email iycreateapp@gmail.com explaining why, with your contact details. We review counter-notices within 15 days and may restore the content unless the rights holder shows us they have taken legal action.

4. Illegal or harmful content

To report content that is illegal in India or where you live (for example defamation, impersonation, privacy violations, sexual content involving minors, threats or fraud), email iycreateapp@gmail.com with the link and what is wrong. Content showing nudity or impersonation of a person is removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint by that person, as India's IT Rules require.

5. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post infringing or illegal content.

6. Grievance Officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer for TrueLaunch (IYGroup Developer Studio) can be reached at iycreateapp@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
