FitFaat Partner (Gym Management)

FitFaat Partner is a gym management application built for gym owners and managers in India who still run their business on paper registers and spreadsheets. Instead of juggling notebooks, WhatsApp reminders and Excel sheets, an owner can open one Android app and see what is happening across the gym right now. The app keeps a complete record of every member, including plan, start and end dates, payments and dues. Fee renewals are tracked automatically, so the owner can see which memberships expire this week and send a reminder before a member quietly drops off. Attendance and check-ins are logged as members arrive, which makes it easy to spot people who have stopped coming. For owners with more than one location, FitFaat Partner has a multi-branch dashboard. Today's collections, check-ins and upcoming expiries for every branch appear in a single view, so there is no need to phone each manager for numbers at the end of the day. Staff management is part of the same app. FitFaat was started in 2019 in Indore and is now used by more than 1,000 gyms. Pricing is published openly and starts at Rs 5,000 per year for up to 500 members.
