Widgets and public API
What you can show
Everything here comes from reviews written on TrueLaunch. It never includes Google Play or App Store ratings, reviews or download counts, and you must not present it as if it were a store rating.
- Rating badge: a small image with your rating and review count, for a website or README.
- Review widget: a card with your rating and up to 3 reviews. It picks the reviews people found most helpful; you can't choose which ones appear.
- Public API: JSON for apps, reviews and daily launches.
Sign in and open Widgets in your dashboard: pick your app, choose a style and copy the code.

An <iframe> that runs no scripts and only opens TrueLaunch in a new tab. Options: theme (light or dark) and reviews (0 to 3). Set the height to match the number of reviews: 140px for 0, 252px for 1, 364px for 2, 476px for 3.
<iframe src="https://truelaunch.vascario.com/api/embed/apps/your-app?reviews=3" title="Your App reviews on TrueLaunch" width="100%" height="476" style="border:0;max-width:480px" loading="lazy"></iframe>Public API
Base URL https://truelaunch.vascario.com/api/v1. Read-only, JSON, no key and no cookies. You can call it from a server or straight from a browser (CORS is open). Use the slug from the app's address: /apps/tiny-quest has the slug tiny-quest. A renamed app still answers to its old slug.
const response = await fetch("https://truelaunch.vascario.com/api/v1/apps/tiny-quest");
const { app } = await response.json();
console.log(`${app.title}: ${app.rating.average} from ${app.rating.count} reviews`);GET /api/v1/apps/{slug}
A published app with its rating. rating.stars counts the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 star reviews. Returns 404 for apps that don't exist or aren't public.

}Limits, caching and errors
- Up to 120 requests a minute per IP address. Over that you get 429; wait a minute.
- Responses are cached for up to 5 minutes (launches: 1 minute), so new reviews can take that long to appear.
- Errors are JSON:
{ "statusCode": 404, "error": "Not Found", "message": "…" }. - Within v1 we only add fields; we never rename or remove them. Breaking changes would come as v2.
Fair use
- Link back to the app's TrueLaunch page (each response includes its
url) when you show ratings or reviews. - Show reviews as written. Don't edit them, and don't show only the good ones while calling them representative.
- Don't imply TrueLaunch endorses your app, and don't use the data to contact or profile reviewers.
- The Terms of service and Developer terms apply.
