Show your TrueLaunch reviews on your own website
New: a review widget you can paste into any website, a rating badge, and a free public API for app, review and launch data. No key needed.

You can now show your TrueLaunch rating and reviews on your own website. Copy the code once and it keeps itself up to date.
What's new
- Review widget. A card with your rating, review count and up to three reviews. You paste it into your landing page, docs or press kit.
- Rating badge. A small image with your rating, for a website or a GitHub README.
- Public API. Free, read-only JSON for apps, reviews and daily launches, for developers who want to build their own display.
How to get the code
- Sign in and open Dashboard → Widgets.
- Pick your app, choose Light or Dark, and choose how many reviews to show (none, 1, 2 or 3).
- Click Copy and paste the code into your site's HTML.
On your app's page you'll also see a Show your rating on your website button. It takes you to the same place. Only the app's owner sees it.
The widget is a plain <iframe>. It runs no scripts on your site and sets no cookies. Links in it open TrueLaunch in a new tab.
Which reviews appear
The widget shows the reviews people found most helpful. You can't pick or hide individual reviews. That keeps it honest for your visitors, and it's why a TrueLaunch rating means something.
Everything comes from reviews written on TrueLaunch. The widget never shows Google Play or App Store ratings, reviews or download counts.
For developers: the public API
Base URL: https://truelaunch.vascario.com/api/v1
GET /apps/{slug}: an app with its rating and star breakdownGET /apps/{slug}/reviews: published reviews, sorted by most helpful or newest, with pagingGET /launches?date=YYYY-MM-DD: one day's launches, best first
You don't need a key, and you can call it straight from a browser. The limit is 120 requests a minute per IP address. Responses are cached for up to 5 minutes, so a new review can take that long to appear.
const response = await fetch("https://truelaunch.vascario.com/api/v1/apps/your-app");
const { app } = await response.json();
console.log(`${app.title}: ${app.rating.average} from ${app.rating.count} reviews`);
The full reference, with example responses and fair-use rules, is on the Widgets and API page.
