Refund and cancellation policy

1. What you can buy

TrueLaunch, run by IYGroup Developer Studio, sells one thing: prepaid ad balance, which you can spend on sponsored spots under the Sponsored placement terms. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. Listing an app, launching it, reviewing and upvoting are free and never charged.

2. Unused ad balance: refundable

• You can ask for a refund of any balance you topped up and haven't spent yet, at any time, including before you delete your account.
• Your balance doesn't expire.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record), usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take longer to show it.
• We refund the amount you paid for that balance, including any tax charged on it where the tax rules allow.

3. Payments for sponsored spots: final

When you place or raise a bid, the amount is taken from your balance at once and your app takes its spot. These payments are final. There is no refund when:

• someone pays more and your app moves down a place;
• someone pays more and your app is pushed out of the spots;
• a moderator removes your app or its spots because it broke our terms or guidelines;
• someone proves they publish the app and the listing moves to them.

Our mistakes are on us. If a spot is lost or not shown because of an error on our side (for example an outage or a bug), or we hide an app and later restore it without finding a breach, we credit what you paid for the spots it lost back to your balance.

4. Duplicate or unauthorised payments

If you were charged twice or didn't make a top-up, write to us within 60 days and we'll refund it in full once confirmed. If you open a chargeback with your bank instead, we may pause your sponsored spots and balance until it is resolved.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@truelaunch.vascario.com from the address on your TrueLaunch account with the amount and, if you have it, the Lemon Squeezy order number. We reply within 3 business days. If you're not satisfied, contact our Grievance Officer at iycreateapp@gmail.com.

This policy doesn't take away any right you have under consumer protection law where you live, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
