How the rank checker works, what the tools use, and what they never touch.
How do I check my app's ranking for a keyword?
Type the keyword, paste your app's Google Play or App Store link (or its name), pick the store and country, and press Check rank. The rank checker searches the store live, the way a signed-out visitor in that country would, and shows your position with the top 10 apps for that keyword.
Are these ASO tools really free?

Do the tools use Google Play or App Store ratings?
No. TrueLaunch never reads, shows or rewards store ratings, reviews or download counts. Rank, difficulty and popularity come from search results and the stores' search suggestions only.
Is my data uploaded?
The live tools send only the keyword, the app link and the country you choose to our server, which searches the store and keeps the answer for a few hours. Nothing is linked to you. The other tools run entirely in your browser: icons, screenshots and listing text stay on your device.
